Think we did a good job on installing your new comfort system? If you feel that we handled the installation of your homes new HVAC system installation with professionalism, integrity and expertise perhaps you'll be inclined to tell your friends and family about us. We know the best way to grow our business, is through the referrals of our great customers. It's also clearly understood that referrals are always earned and are never just expected or given, so we work very hard to ensure your experience with us is one you will want to share.

Below is our written company procedure for every new comfort system we furnish and install for our customers. If we performed as expected and promised, than please help spread the word. If for any reason we failed to deliver on a promise or any part of the following procedure was not completed, please contact the general manager and we will make it right. Superior customer service is our most important commitment to you and your family. The only way we continue to improve, grow and learn is through the feedback you provide.

Please take a moment and evaluate us on the following:

You contacted our office and greeted by a friendly and helpful team member. They answered your questions and set an appointment that was convenient for you. Our Comfort Consultant arrived on time to meet you, he asked several questions about your current system and any indoor air quality concerns, he also completed the required manual J load calculation, static pressure check and infiltration test. He then presented you with a professional printed proposal offering at least three options based on your current needs and concerns you discussed. He explained the benefits of doing business with our company and value we provide to our customers. He explained in detail all warranty information, our financing options & any current manufacturer promotions, our company installation process, any lifetime system enhancements he recommended and lastly the post inspection walk through process once the work is completed.

When our installers arrived at your home, they introduced themselves and provided identification; the lead installer reviewed the proposal with you to ensure everything was accurate. While working in the home they respected the property and was careful to clean up any and all work areas upon completion.

After the installation of your new system, the Comfort Consultant returned to your home for the post-inspection walk-thru. He asked for your feedback on our installation process, he inspected all of the work completed by the installers, provided basic training about operating your new thermostat, demonstrated or explained where the filter is located and how often it needs to cleaned or replaced. He also reviewed all of the warranty information about your new system once more, completed the final paperwork, supplied you with the equipment manuals and answered any questions you may have had. Lastly you scheduled your anniversary system check-up, he left you a friends/family referral form and his contact information. He then followed-up with you 2-4 weeks after your last visit to answer any questions you might have since the system had been installed.

If we completed the process as described above and to your complete satisfaction then let us know.  We want to thank you for putting your trust in us for this project. We also encourage you to complete the Friends & Family Referral Form and if we install any new comfort system for someone you referred, we will send you a Visa / American Express Gift card in the amount of $100. Once you have referred the 6th customer you will than receive $150 for every customer referred. There are no limits or expiration date on our program. Referrer 12 or more and the next heating and cooling system you need replaced, is on us! No strings or Gimmicks! (15 SEER HP/AC system or 95% furnace and AC system)  The monies used to fund customer referral program is pulled from the advertising budget, not your friend or family’s wallet.
