Maintenance

We offer 2 types of Preventive Maintenence Plans for heating & cooling systems and 1 for your Whole House Generator. We know every client's situation and needs vary and with the ability to customize, we can taylor an agreement that's right for your home or business.

Sold only with our new installations. This plan includes whole house plumbing coverage, even though we just installed new HVAC equipment in the home. This just means that if for whatever reason you need a plumber within the coverage period, you will never be charge overtime and you recieve the discounted rates on any repairs needed 24 hours a day. We also return 1 year after the date of installation to do our "Birthday Safety Inspection" on the equipment we installed.

This agreement is for plumbing service only. We have several of our clients on this particular plan. This service is very valuable to those who perhaps use electric baseboad heating in the winter and window units for summer cooling. We perform an annual whole house visual plumbing inspection of all exposed pipes, inspect the water heater, check the incoming water pressure and dye test toilets. This allows us to catch plumbing leaks and other potential problems in crawl spaces and other areas of the home that many homeowners rarely visit or might never even notice.

This plan covers your home's heating & cooling system from top to bottom. We perform 2 semi annual comprehensive tune-ups on the equipment, we also inspect the duct system for air leaks and other energy robbing areas. As part of our inspection we also measure the amount of insulation in your attic and crawl space. At the conclusion of each visit we provide you with a very detailed report. Some of the other great benefits include Priority Service when you call, No Overtime or Afterhours charges for Emergency Service, a 15% discount off any nessasary repairs, and you will earn a $50 credit every year your on the plan to be put towards the price of a replacment system. (up to $600)

This plan is for commercial HVAC equipment, Chillers and large Boiler systems. All are subject to pre-inspection to determine the type and nature of coverage needed.We have semi annual and quarterly agreements available on most all types commercial equipment. Filter change only visits and complete maintence tune-ups.

We also offer maintenance plans for emergency standby generators. Routine maintenance is needed to ensure that your generator works properly when you really need it! Our preventive maintenance plan includes one minor inspection and one major inspection each year.

Minor Inspection

Check general conditions of generator.
Check all hoses and belts.
Check all fluid levels and top off.
Check electrical connections.
Start generator and warm up.
Transfer power from utility to generator and check.
Load generator and check output; correct if necessary.
Transfer power back to utility and check.
Shut down generator, re-check fluid levels.

Major Inspection

Check general conditions of generator.
Check all hoses and belts.
Change oil and filter.
Change spark plugs.
Change air filter.
Check specific gravity of coolant.
Check specific gravity of battery fluid.
Check electrical connections.
Start generator and warm up.
Transfer power from utility to generator and check.
Load generator and check output; correct if necessary.
Transfer power back to utility and check.
Shut down generator, re-check fluid levels.
